Weird thing happened yesterday..psychic or schizophrenic ?

Do you sometimes find yourself in a daydream out of a sudden...as if you suddenly spaced out...thinking of something you never thought you would be thinking. And a moment later something related happens? Or sometimes you just realise that its the right thing to do at this point of time...and you do it...and it turns out just right? Or u hear someone call your name and go to the person...and he says he thought YOU called the person?

I dunno...something wierd is going on...this world may not be what it seems.

CaSe one: I was with my executive when I heard him call my name...when i looked around he was looking at me...as if wanting to speak to me...but when I got to him...he asked why I called him....weird.

Case two: Awhile after ... back in the office...while I was doing work..I suddenly found myself thinking of the phone ringing from this particular fabricator. A moment later, my phone started ringing with this guy at the other line.

Case three: My dad went to the lavatory while i waited for him infront of the lift as we were headed downstairs. Seeing that the lift was two floors down and not moving...i suddenly had the urge to press the call button...and when I did...the lift reached at the right time of when my dad came back from the lavatory.

Wall of wierd....

June's Monologue: Reality Check!

Dear Trius,

Its been awhile since I addressed an entry to you. So What have I learnt so far?
Well many things Trius. I've learnt that the only difference between working and studying is the flow of cash. You get paid for learning and you pay to learn. Everything else is the same. You need qualification or an interview sometimes to get in. If you have a scholarship...well thats like a contract...of which you have to pay back in another means or so. Difference is to work, you pay back on the spot with your time.

What else? That the salsa scene seldom have people below the age of 23. The bars and clubs for example...no one is below 23. So if you're looking the younger crowd...sorry wrong place.

Rueda is kinda fun. Rueda means wheel in Spanish...at least thats what they said. And Casino is what they call salsa in Cuba, Hence Rueda de casino...which i think would be like Roulette. It comprises of 2 or more couples making it a group dance. And most of the time its ALL about changing partners. So if you wanna have an affair(or more) without sinning, this is the perfect way to do it.

Qigong is great if you know how to relax. un like some ppl who dont..we usually act as if we are moving with the chi....dancing, shaking, doing the golf swing.

Today my boss thought me..."Sharing is Immortality". The knowledge that we pass will live longer than we will ever live. THat is how ppl live forever, prophet or not.

One of the most important lesson of all....You have to fight to get what you want.
To insist is to fight for your right. For that is how things work in the world. Not everyone is a Samaritan.

good evening Trius...

Aku cinta padamu...Trinity!

Yay 3 months into my job I finally get my own personal assistant! Thats right, a hot PA to follow me everywhere I go! I call her Trinity cause her name is ...pretty long and winded looks like a serial number XD.

And Woo! She's hot! Shadow hot! She so fine..I check her out every minute I can. She's maybe a lil bad with directions, but thats okay...arent they all XD. She does finances, handles my phone...and messages though she dug up some private messages i didnt delete XP. But thats okay, she understands.

Only thing is...I haven't figured her out completely yet. I guess I'll have to go through some documents with her first.

Today I took her out for the first time to Menara Perkeso. She was a lil unsteady but got us there eventually. But coming back she almost made me do a U turn for no reason.

I'm glad I got her. She maybe a bit blur at times. But once I get used to her I know she'll help me in so many ways. I think I'll bring her out for salsa this Friday too!

Oh this is a picture of me holding her hot bod hehehe woohhoo!! she's battery HOT!!

3.5G, GPS enabled, wifi, bluetooth...all the toys Ive been missing out for so many years. Oh trinity! The way you say "Turn right at the next intersection in 300 meters" is so..cute ^^.

Seeds of Past, Present and Future

Nearly a month ago, I got a plant and two seeds from my Godfather and Godbrother. I sowed the two seeds on the end of my first day as a 23 year old. It is like how Red indians sow tree-seeds on the birth of their child which represents the child. Or how kids in Western China are bonded with their personal horse at a very tender age so they will grow acustom to each other.

I represented my three pots as the past, the present and the future....The Three states of time of which represents who we were, who we are, and who we strife to be.

As of yesterday, this is wat it looks like...

Out of the two seeds that I sowed....only one grew to what it looks like. The other germinated but did not do as well as the first. What could this mean? Missing something in life? Past present and future....in a row...Cool huh? even a collection of plants that you care for can give hints to your destiny....certainly better than keeping a Toyol hahaha...

Reminds me of my pet bats of yesteryears....

After liberating so many problems,DMT is disheartened to see many more...

For all the things I've done for all the employees in the company, for all the times I put my head on the line for them, they push all their faults and blames back to me. I feel disheartened that they would have the heart to do this.

I've never asked them for anything in return, but a smile on their face. And they back stab me with a Corrective Action Request. (If u avid readers remember I issued a Department a Car about a month or two ago.)

At the eve of SIRIM's advance, they come back to me with this C.A.R...

Non-conformance reads "No evidence shows that the Internal Auditor Justin Ong Yu Yi have attended Internal Quality Audit Training and/or are a qualified auditor. He have conducted Internal Audit and issued C.A.R on 6/4/07"

My manager writes back In corrective action:"We will send Justin Ong Yu Yi to attend the Internal Quality Audit Training to qualify as auditor. From now on CAR will be issued by TKF on behalf of Main. Dept."

Followup detail reads "1. Justin in future will not be the auditor for calibration material (handled by TKF certified auditor)" .

This will not do..not in our company. Seriously must not practice last minute syit like this. Bad english and insults my name as well. I give my time to help my managers do things, and this is what happens. I feel like my head is cracking into 3 pieces. What is the meaning of this year? Im losing my mind, lost my heart....and im losing my soul...

I feel disheartened..I thought I could live this self-sacrificing life ...but the more I experience, the more I lose my focus...of why I started in the first place. Im going no where...the world is telling me that if I become a cold-hearted jerk, I would have better luck with everything else....I'm at the brink of believing it...I dunno wat to do...I'm on my knees, my soul curling up inside...again....

May's Monologue

Feels good to be a hero today. Went to work slightly late, not too late. Wasn't 7.45. Morning meeting wasn't on yet. Why I said it felt good to be a hero today? Cause I was....sorta.

See My Dept Head, was going to have a meeting today at 2pm...some Management Review he had to present. And its his first time and not seen the slides before. At 830am my manager calls me up and says..."I havent prepared anything for the DH, I need your help to update a presentation,".

Im like "okay". You see where Im headed? It was a 20 page presentation I had to prepare for my DH before 2 pm. Now usually, he would give like few days before hand. But he was sick on Friday. And saw that the meeting was today...after the morning meeting. EXACTLY!!

I didn't finish till 30mins before his presentation. Had to double check and go through with him. My manager helped. After the slobbing I realized that I did not have morning tea or lunch. I was so tired and hungry, but it felt good. So small a thing, I felt that I didn't let my manager down even though it was his fault. I felt like a true Executor. Thats a fancy name for an executive who just got slaved around.

I think my dad was trying to cheer me up when he sent me this joke. It goes like this

THE BOSS
>
>
>Who's in Charge? All the organs of the body
were having a meeting,
trying
>to decide who the one in charge was.
>
> "I should be in charge," said the brain,
"because I run all the
body's
>systems, so without me nothing would happen".
>
>
> "I should be in charge," said the blood,
"because I circulate oxygen
all
>over so without me you'd all waste away."
>
> "I should be in charge," said the stomach,
"because I process food
and
>give all of you energy."
>
> "I should be in charge," said the legs ,
"because I carry the body
>wherever it needs to go."
>
> "I should be in charge," said the eyes,
"because I allow the body to
see
>where it goes."
>
>"I should be in charge," said the rectum ,
"Because I'm responsible
for
>waste removal."
>
>
>All the other body parts laughed at the rectum
and insulted him, so in
a
>huff, he shut down tight. Within a few days,
the brain had a terrible
>headache, the stomach was bloated, the legs
got wobbly, the eyes got
>watery, and the blood was toxic. They all
decided that the rectum
should be
>the boss. The Moral of the story? The as$hole
is usually in charge !!
Yea i feel much better now....-.-

Spenderman! Spenderman not wearing any underwear...

Throw his briefs, everywhere!
So obscene, Hard to stare!
Lookout! here comes the Spenderman!!

W00t!! One thing I like about marvel comics especially Spiderman...u learn morality and how one with so much potential living on a shoestring solves life problems just like everyone else.

"Ben Parker: You've been given a gift Peter, with great power, comes great responsibility. " From the first.

"May Parker: We need a hero, couragous sacrificing people, setting examples for all of us. Everybody loves a hero, people line up for 'em, cheer for them, scream their names, and years later tell how they stood in the rain for hours just to get a glimpse of the one who told them to HOLD ON a second longer. I believe theres a hero in all of us, that keeps us honest, gives us strength, makes us noble. And finally gets us to die with pride. Even though sometimes we have to be steady and give up the thing we want most, even our dreams. " Lesson of the Second.

"Whatever comes our way, whatever battle we have raging inside us, we always have a choice, my friend harry taught me that. He chose to be the best of himself. It's the choices that make us who we are, and we can always choose to do what's right. " The moral lesson of the Third!

I tot the fight scene was great...any longer and it would be draggy,...who said it was too short? I tot it was a good ending. U die with vengence....you live with forgiveness, and immortalized with sacrifice.

The storyline between PP and MJ seems a lil too familiar though...T.T well i'm glad they'll finish great in the end...

The diabolical Snake.....

Foo! Again he tries to run from responsibility. Mr. N comes to the scene of investigation. Riveter machine has a problem. The riveter machine is connected to two riveter guns. But when button is pressed, both guns move. First check says that its a fault of the solenoid, hence electrical.

Initially my Senior manager was told of the problem. then my manager had to tell my supervisor that a breakdown occurred. Which is wrong. It should be the other way around. Either way I got to know last. So I brought with me a charge man to the scene to see the issue.

The electrical supervisors and execs were attending to another breakdown in the Electric deposition area. So I stood in for the electricals.

Being there, they tested out the operation and so displayed the problem. Soon after the Electrical Exec. Mr.N arrives and sees the issue. After just 2 minutes of looking around, he turns to me and says "Boss! This is not electrical's issue!"

"Show me!" I demanded. He asked Hanif his electrical fitter to show me. After another round. I noticed a dissimilarity. It was one of the coils that was different. I discussed with my mechanical fitter and decided that it could be that. (Coil is electrical btw).

Not being able to stand it anymore, "CHange the coil!" I ordered. It had to be judging by the sound of the coil, it had to be. THey changed it and rewired it. They wired it opposite at first but fix the issue the second time.

Only problem left is when the first gun finishes its operation, the other gun gets abit of the back wash.

Enough of technical terms, the main lesson is, I can no longer depend on giving this guy kindness anymore else he will climb over my subordinates head. If he ever says anything about delegating work to any of my execs, and says its actually mechanical's job I'll say..."As far as Im concerned, there is no longer a line between mechanical and electrical there is only maintenance!

Look at me...im saying this like its a matter of life and death. The ranting stops here.... lol

Ever wondered why...

1) Rich ugly guys get the best luck(all kinds of luck)?
2) theres always a better guy in the crowd...?
3) Your goal is always the hardest to achieve?
4) your position is chess always looks more vulnerable than your opponents?
5) your million dollar idea has already been done and exploited before you even moved a muscle?
6) The ones you want are always not local or heading overseas, or taken, or different religious believes, or think you're not man enough to be with or all of the above ?
7) Overseas has got better weathers than your own homeland?
8) The company you work in has the most screwed up management systems compared to everywhere else?
9) Everyone else has a better view in life than you do?
10) Your neighbor's garden is greener than your own?

Haha maybe im just being self conscious...

Temple of Wisdom and Clarity...

Went to LDC yesterday, to do some good...eversince the incident the the realization of how close I was to death, I decided to pay my uncle's temple hangout a visit....and also to check out some chicks....hahaha ok not a good joke...

nehway...being there opened my eyes to what I have been so tied up with these few months. The centre has this Buddhist teachings for kids where a Geshe (scholar/equivalent to a masters in academic terms) teaches about the elements of buddhism at a very basic and easy to understand level.

Yesterday they were talking about the second of the Seven limbs of Buddhism. Which I believe each limb are like essential exercises to being a more open buddhist.

The first limb is about Prostration. Not sure if I spell it right. But It was a really thorough explanation about it. But in a nut shell, the act of putting your palms together to pray is not exactly practiced in Tibetan Buddhism. Why?

For this reason we go back to why we put our palms together. It is a sign of respect and offering of respect from our hearts. Unfortunately if we put our palms together, there is nothing in between the palms. And it is considered not good to offer well..nothing. WIth this by sticking our thumbs in between which makes it look like a cup with something in it ...it is a symbol of which you are offering a vessel with something in it. It also becomes a shape of a jewel in which symbolizes the 3 jewels that Buddhist seek refuge in....which is the Buddha, The Dharma and the Sangha.

THe prostration begins by placing your newly formed jewel palms ontop of your head, symbolizing the crown of buddha which is our ultimate goal..which is to attain full enlightenment. Next is putting your hands to your forehead symbolizing clarity of mind and the refuge to the dharma or universal knowledge. Then bring your hands to your throat ...of which symbolizes the Sangha who are the teachers who speak out and tells the world of the dharma to follow....and finally end it at your chest level.

The long prostration...you have to lie on the floor face down.. then back up and start all over again 3 times.

Thats for prostration.

Yesterday was on offerings....Offerings no matter how big or small will only work when it is given with a sincere heart. AS long as you have a sincere heart of offering it to the Lords or anyone for that matter does it make it even more meaningful. So why are offerings made as beautiful as possible especially to the Buddhas? Because when we make offerings it is as if we are treating them as offerings to the kings all though the Buddhas are of higher ranks than kings themselves.

So how did this Seven Offerings come about? In Buddha Shakyamuni's time, it was how The Kings were received. First with a welcome drink, then basin of water to purify the feet, then incense of sandalwood to purify the halls, then flower offerings, then perfume offerings, food and finally music and entertainment. SO similarily we offer a bowl of water, then another bowl of water, a flower, offerings of incense, a bowl of perfume, food and then a seashell perhaps to symbolize music. It can actually be anything as long as it can symbolize it.

So wats the difference between the offerings to kings and to the Buddhas? Blessings...and with that when we make offerings we say out the syllables "Om Ah Hum". Very powerful syllables that are programmed into us even from birth. Om blesses and purifies the offering, Ah turns them into sweet nectar that increases its value, and Hum amplifies it many folds.

I can keep going but u'd not read it in the end so ..i'll stop here....till next lesson....see yas..

Pada Saat Saat Genting...(At critical moments)

I don't have much time left do I?

Its good to be alive today! I thank all my merits I'm not a Charred person today blogging. Let me rewind to May 11 2007 9.50 am.

Walking into my Gen2. Just called Cucumber to meet me beside the road. Directly outside the DATARAN Carpark, 1U. I start my car and drive off to the exit. Its difficult to navigate in the car park with so many confusing arrows to the 'Keluar'. Pass the slot roads to the exit, I suddenly hear loud sounds from my undercarriage, plus some 'motion master' effects.

(Pylon was not there)
several feet away I stop my car and realized I drove over something. I stepped out of the car to inspect the damage. Petrol drained like a hose!. "Tutup engine!" (close engine would be the direct translation) said a guard. I quickly did.

My dad and his friends came to collect the car later that afternoon. My uncle saw the protruding bolts that ripped the petrol tank from under the car and said that I was lucky there was no spark. Else I would have been fried from the inside.

For the entire day I was totally blur. What a day to almost get killed. In fact, I have no idea why I did not ignite. It was a hot day, and Im sure some of the wires there would have sparked something. Maybe I had a protection from someone.

(All I want for XMas is my Bumper Front grill...)

On a lighter note, Genting was good, Had a good 9 course meal at the Ming Ren Restaurant in Hotel Genting. Good food, good afternoon company, Next was good, not so straight evening company. Won 10 bucks from roulette and a late night.

The organizer Ms. Elaine help set up the stuff. Really good of her. THanks Elaine!

Friday is Genting DAY YAY!!

Hey ppl! What a Great month this month of May! Its the month after the month I was born!! wahaha jk jk but true. anywho! Lots have happen and Im really looking forward to this Friday.

Last Friday Gavin invited me and my class plus his other classes to a salsa meet up in Bossa Nova, ParkRoyal. It was fantastic. We all gotta chance to try out what we know. Absolutely fantastic. We danced till 12 though we should have till 11. Great success! I congratulated Gavin for finally realizing it after a year and sped home to sleep. ... Cuz I had to go to work the next day. No pictures obtained so far...sigh..oh well!

This Friday is different though. About a month or two back, I won a lunch at the Ming Ren in Genting's First World building scheduled for this Friday....

So got a lunch for 2, a room for 2 and a show 'FLY' for 2....since I have no partner to go with me...I've called my gang to see if their interested. We'll see wat happens... ke ke ke.

Till This Friday Then! Muahaha!

A Good Friend Gave me a very important advice...

Again... the Executives manipulated the bosses to assign even more jobs to me. What can I say? I can't say no can I?

Then a new 30 year old engineer started climbing on my head seeing that Im very much obliging to everyone.

After work, my colleague pulled me to one side and said this.

"Justin, I cakap sama you, I memang benci orang yang arahkan orang buat kerja yang bukan bukan. Kalau dia nak ambil project tu, dia yang kena buat benda yang sepatutnya. You jangan kasi dia suruh you buat kerja.

Saya tahu, you angkat banyak-banyak sebab nak belajar. Tetapi jangan sampai melepaskan bola sendiri. You ada banyak responsibility, DOE JKKP ISO..so you jangan pergi jaga tepi kain orang lain. Kalau tidak mereka akan selalu suruh u buat benda.

Justin I cakap sama you, sebenarnya I orang yang cinta bangsa diri, tetapi bila I kena tolong kawan cina, I akan tolong, itu style saya. .."

(Justin, let me tell you, I really hate guys that tell ppl to do their work. If he wants to take up the project, he should work with the details, dont let him tell you to do his job.

I know you take in alot cause you want to learn. But dont do it until you drop your own balls. You've got loads of responsibilities, DOE, JKKP, ISO, don't look after everyone else. Or else they will always make you do work.

Justin, Let me tell you, I am actually pro-to my race, But when I have to help my chinese friend, I will help, thats my style..)

This is the second person that says I'm too soft. First one is Muse, the Dark Lord. Im in a dilemma. I want to learn as much as I can. But I don't want to go outside my scope and do bad in my own work. It is my agenda to learn aw much as possible. Perhaps I have to learn to be firm as well.

At the moment, I can still handle it, cause I plan out my work and what I do everyday. But will that be enough?

... in a lighter note, Thank you everyone for all your wishes on Friendster, MSN, SMSes, and Calls! Really appreciate it! As well as a Package that arrived on my Dad's Birthday. You should have seen how disappointed he looked when he saw that it wasn't for him. It was a wonderful present ....but I ain't sharing it with the world muahahaha! THANK YOU PPL!! HUGS AND KISSES(only to the girls this one)/HIGH FIVES (to the guys).

When for a Salsa Social yesterday...fuu....will feel it soon...go to work first...bye bye!

PM calling for new Malaysian super hero....=.=

Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi: 'Maintenance is very important. I have said this many times but these people, as long as nothing happens, they don't care.'

Oh dear god! Don't u dare tell me thats my Calling. Yes its true, I always wanted to be a superhero. But ...but not like this! I can hear it now...

The electronic keyboard playing in the back to the tune of the 1984 movie 'Ghostbusters' (oh god its even the year i was born). Bass sfx: Do do do do DO DO dodododo DO Do....

"Something breaks...in ur neighbourhood....who do u call? Man-Tenance!!
Some pipe leaks...in ur master bed room.... who do u call? Man-Tenance!!
(elec guitar sfx: tiou niao tiao niao tiao niao niao niao...)

These guys come in their maintenance car...and their Man-tenance uniform...(O em Gee! same colored uniforms with spot wielding gun power packs strapped on their back.) Nooo ... I'd rather be wearing a Spiderman spandex than..to be part of the PM's Preventive Maintenance scheme...

The only thing missing now is a fireman pole and a green ghost called 'Slimer'. Sigh...I guess heros in this world aren't as glamorous like in the comics..
